How can you be happier at work?
We've all had that moment, right?
That I just can't take it anymore moment while we're trying to get through a rough day at work, trying to get ahead on work and tasks, and constantly feeling like we're one step behind, wanting to throw our hands up in the air and go, I GIVE UP!!!
Yep -- even those of us here at the radio station who have pretty cool jobs have rough days like this. I've had a few in the last week or so, and a friend passed this article along to me, about the 10 things to stop doing while you're working. I read it over, and although I wasn't guilty of all 10 of these items, I'm sure my mind wandered into this territory from time to time. (And, as the boss of this crazy crew here at 99.7 The Point, I definitely didn't want to be the Debbie Downer leading the ship!)
Alas -- take a look at these 10. If you find yourself stepping into these habits over the course of a week, it might be a good time to take a look in the mirror like I did. As I have, I know I've felt a lot better about my co-workers, my job in general, and my life!
And hey -- they may not make you feel as good as a tray of the cupcakes (above) in the break room -- but they certainly can't hurt! Take a look!
