Eleven-year-old Ben Baltz of Valparaiso, Florida was diagnosed with bone cancer five years ago and had his right leg amputated.

But that hasn't stopped Ben from competing in kids' triathlons using a prosthetic leg.  On Sunday, he was doing his third race in the last few months.  He he did a 150-yard swim and a three-mile bike ride, but during the one-mile run, his prosthetic leg started to wobble

A screw came loose, and the leg finally BROKE, causing Ben to fall.

A Marine private named Matthew Morgan was working as a volunteer at the race, and saw Ben go down.  He picked Ben up and CARRIED him across the finish line on his back.

Truly a heart-warming story to get you in a good mood for this weekend. As the old saying goes, "We never leave a man behind" -- Kelly Urich
