Vote For Don Post For Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award!

Let me introduce you to a remarkable Kansas City citizen -- Mr. Don Post.

Don was diagnosed with A.L.S, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, in 1980, Don was told he had only 3 to 5 years to live. With the news, Don retired from his professional career to dedicate himself to charity work in his final years.  Defying the life expectancy given to him, for the past 33 YEARS Don has dedicated his life and energy to helping others!

Although Don has donated his time to many Kansas City charities, his love of children has made The March Of Dimes his primary focus. Don has been a volunteer for the past 18 years and Bikers For Babies Committee Chairman since 2010. His leadership has been instrumental in making Kansas City's ride the biggest in the United States raising just under $7,000,000 to help get premature babies make it home.

Don is one of four nominees for NASCAR's Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award. This recognition for Don is so very much deserved, helping The March Of Dimes save babies born prematurely. Should Don win this award, the NASCAR Foundation will donate $100,000 to March Of Dimes Kansas City in Don's name!

The award is determined exclusively by online voting. The nominee with the most votes will win the $100,000 grant for the charity of his choice from the NASCAR Foundation.
