Camila Cabello Shares Heartfelt Thanks To Fans On Album Release Day

Plus, she is speaking out about that infamous stunt from Fifth Harmony at the MTV VMAs

Camila Cabello is celebrating the release her self-titled debut album, Camila.

But she is also reacting for the first time to the "infamous" moment when Fifth Harmony took to the stage at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards.

You may recall: the group took took to the stage as "five members," but one of the girls appeared to be yanked off stage from behind as the performance began.

Cabello said the incident, "defintely" hurt her feelings.

Meanwhile, The former Fifth Harmony singer is marking the release of her album by sharing a heartfelt thank you to her fans.

“First and foremost, I want to thank you for sticking by me,” Cabello wrote on social media. “You guys love me in the most innocent and pure and genuine way you can love a person, and I feel so lucky I get to have people in my life that care about me so much.”

The singer goes on to thank fans for supporting her as she crafted the album, and writes that now the songs “belong to you.”
